Quality is the life base. When we choose the cooperating factory, we will get the samples from three factories at least.

2.Research &Development power

R&D power decides the factory’s innovation, whether the factory has enough power to upgrade the new type for market and accept OEM project.

3.Factory Strength

How scale is the factory? How is their brand? We will make a market research sheet. Whether the factory have a capital turnover problem to affect their production?

4.Reputation

Research the factory whether they fell into reputation problem? First, whether they deal well with complaints from clients? Second, How did the factory make the dealer policy? If there have a problem, how do deal with it?

5.Management

How is the management group? Whether factory has a full management system to control the quality? Whether good factory operation?

The factory will be divided into 3 classes, A . B. C., normally, we will recommend class A factory to clients, we will use class B & class C while special situations happen. At the same time, we will find replace factory to meet customers needs.
